1. Return Eligibility

We accept returns within 30 days from the date the customer receives the product.

To be eligible for a return, the item must meet all of the following conditions:

  • The item must not show any signs of use or damage
  • Proof of purchase (order confirmation email or order number) is required

Due to hygiene and safety reasons, certain products may not be eligible for return once opened. These exceptions will be clearly stated on the product page.

※ Returns sent without prior authorization may not be accepted.

3. Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless:

  • The item arrived damaged
  • The wrong item was shipped
  • The item has a confirmed manufacturing defect

4. Refund Process

  • Processing time may vary depending on your payment provider (typically 3–10 business days)

Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

5. Exchanges

If you wish to exchange a product, please contact us first. Exchanges are subject to stock availability.

  • Items marked as final sale

7. Cancellations

Orders may be canceled within 12 hours after placing the order.

Once the order has been shipped, cancellation is no longer possible.
