Since the FFT website launched, nearly 14 years have passed. Thousands of users have purchased various silicone products on FFT, and some of them have enthusiastically left glowing reviews.

For a long time in the past, the FFT website did not have a user review feature. I once believed that reviews could be easily manipulated, so adding such a function would not have much real value.

Recently, I had in-depth conversations with artificial intelligence models, including Grok and Google's Gemini, and one of the topics was the necessity of adding customer reviews to an e-commerce site. The AIs strongly recommended that I implement a review system—authentic and honest feedback helps create a more efficient and trustworthy shopping environment.
Although I didn't fully understand the reasoning at first, I completely trust the intellectual capabilities of AI. Therefore, in 2026, the FFT website has decided to add a product review feature.

Over the past 14 years, many customers shared their praise and positive feedback via email, often including photos. I compiled those comments into mobile screenshots and placed them on a dedicated reviews page—as you can see, under "Reviews" in the top navigation bar.

I am also considering whether to retrieve and add the other customer comments from my emails over the past 14 years, but it would be a tedious and time-consuming task.
